Telephone System Update

I apologise for the inconvenience currently being experienced by our patients whilst trying to contact the practice by telephone.  We have seen a 50% increase in the number of calls being received on a daily basis and at the same time we are having problems with our telephone system.  We have tried working with our telephone provider to resolve the problems but to no avail.


Therefore, we are in the process of changing our provider and hope to have our new system up and running early in the New Year.  Please be patient with us during this challenging time.
