You can find out information about medical conditions and diseases through our patient information leaflets as well as keep up to date with all the latest practice news and developments. You can also allow the nurses to collect travel information by using the Travel Form.

We are always looking to improve our services so please leave feedback through our contact page, or better still join our Patient Representation Group (click the link on the right for details). We hope that with your help and co-operation we will be able to make this website a better place for all your online needs.

Please note that we do not offer walk-in services. All appointments must be pre-booked either directly at the surgery, using our automated telephone service or online.

Building works at Christchurch Medical Centre

We are currently overseeing building works in the grounds of Christchurch Medical Centre which will allow the Pharmacy to expand into a larger space and will also provide a new separate area where we hope to attract new on-site clinical services.

We would like to apologise for the disruption in the car park area that is restricting parking bays for both Abington Park Surgery and King Edward Road Surgery, the dental practice and pharmacy. Also, building materials are being delivered on a regular basis which also restricts the flow of traffic through the car park.

The workforce are also moving around as required so we would ask that you bear with us and drive with extra care. It is hoped that the works will be completed by the end of September.

With this in mind, please allow for delays when attending appointments. Late arrivals may lead to appointment cancellations and have an effect on whole sessions.
